Ownership and Executive Leaders

Blue Technologies was founded in 1995 by Paul Hanna, along with an experienced management team consisting of Keith Stump, Bill Nelson and David Morrill.  This team, with over 26 years of industry experience together, shares much more than a strong work ethic and desire to win.  Blue Technologies provides industry –leading products backed by world-class customer service.  Recognized as one of the most successful privately owned office technology providers in the State of Ohio, they are also in the top 1% nationally in the office technology space.

Paul Hanna oversees all aspects of the company. He focuses on being a TEAM builder, while remaining a continual “student of the game” in an ever-changing industry. His passion for the “Commitment to Excellence”, and Blue Technologies’ “disciplined, well-trained, highly motivated workforce” lifestyle has secured countless awards for excellence for Blue Technologies.

A graduate of Purdue University, Paul received Ernst & Young’s “2000 Entrepreneur of the Year” Award in the Business Services Category. Paul has been a longtime supporter of Guidestone Ohio, formerly Berea Children’s Home & Family Services. Paul and his wife Margo have four children and reside in Columbia Station, Ohio.

Keith began his career in the industry in 1986. Since the inception of the company, Keith serves as Blue Technologies’ Vice President of Sales.   He oversees all aspects of sales company-wide, continually focusing on the development of sales talent. Keith has been highly instrumental in securing some of Blue Technologies’ biggest solution accounts.  Keith grew up in the Akron area and attended the University of Akron.  He currently sits on the board for Our Lady of the Wayside. He and his wife Paula have four grown children and reside in Hudson, Ohio.

Bill Nelson, Vice President of Cleveland Sales: bnelson@btohio.com

A graduate of Ohio University, Bill Nelson is highly entrenched in the Northeast Ohio business community including the Association of Legal Administrators. Bill focuses on recruiting, developing and managing the Cleveland sales force, while driving business development and expanding relationships. Bill, his wife Darcy, and their son reside in Olmsted Falls, Ohio, where he is actively involved in youth athletics.

David “Bubba” Morrill has made his mark at all three Blue Technologies offices, going where his skillset  is needed to drive revenue. In the process, has helped to develop some of the most successful talent in the history of the company. A graduate of The Ohio State University, David is known throughout our region as the “Ambassador of Fun”. David and his wife Christy have two grown children and live in Bay Village, Ohio.
