Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our inside sales team in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to gather accurate account information to be recorded in ERP
  • Generate and process invoices
  • Run and audit account reports for the purpose of accurate customer billing
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients
  • Effectively communicate with the team
  • Process all invoices to be mailed daily
  • Perform general office functions for completing account paperwork

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Outlook
  • 2+ years of administrative experience in general office functions
  • Must thrive at multitasking and working as a member of a team
  • Requires an organized, meticulous record keeper who is detail-oriented and has strong math skills
  • Some experience working with an ERP
