Managed Print Services Sales Executive

The Managed Print Specialist’s focus is to meet the goals and initiatives of the monthly MPS quota. This includes workflow analysis, mapping and assessing companies’ current environment. The MPS will provide a cost vs. usage analysis to develop a more cost-effective printing solution.

• Support sales teams by educating, training and assisting in selling print contracts
• Conduct account reviews every 90 days to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop complex proposals including detailed floor plans, documented activity levels (Excel), costs analyses (Excel) and proposed solutions (PowerPoint).
• Become an expert in Print Analysis and it’s benefits to the customer
• Help to increase gross profit in current and new business accounts
• Contact prospects via telephone, cold call, and email
• Maintain sustained sales activities to grow MPS accounts; phone calls, marketing letters, appointments, assessments, proposals and database updates.
• Meet or exceed revenue expectations.
• Prepares daily/weekly action plans to ensure focused activity.
• Serve as the first point of contact with customers responsible to create and maintain accurate paperwork on each sale
• Assess clients’ needs, recommending a cost-effective printing solution
• Create net new opportunities through our value-add programs

• Intermediate skill level of MS Office Suites, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot tables, Formulas, etc.) and Word and the internet for research

• BS/BA degree in business or other related field preferred
• 1-2 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred

• Intermediate (calculate percentages, cost, and lease rates)

• Valid Drives license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
