Marketing Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded marketing professional to implement and execute company marketing initiatives.

This opportunity positions the right candidate to manage all aspects of daily marketing activities for the organization, as detailed below. The position works closely with the Sales Department to support their efforts in the field.


Brand Management

  • Manage company social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+)
  • Design brand-consistent marketing collateral, including product and service brochures, print and digital ads, event collateral, sales presentations and digital graphics (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint)
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and manage relationships with vendor marketing teams
  • Keep up-to-date with new advances in technology and application trends – providing research on how to implement within our organization to enhance sales results and brand identity

Marketing Initiatives

  • Create and execute annual marketing calendar, managing inbound marketing campaigns consistent with overall vision and strategy including: email marketing, landing pages, social media and company blog
  • Manage website content and SEO efforts in WordPress (minor web development/HTML editing as necessary)
  • Use Google Analytics and other web analytical tools to track campaign trends, develop performance reports, and recommend improvements
  • Assign and manage intern and/or freelance content contributors as available

CRM Administration / Sales Support

  • Perform CRM platform maintenance and administration – assigning accounts, organizing data across various business units, maintaining data accuracy, and creating new users with the appropriate access settings
  • Serve as point of contact for sales department regarding CRM functionality and updates
  • Provide training to new users, and schedule regular targeted training sessions for the sales department on CRM functionality as well as leverage other marketing tools (like LinkedIn)
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual sales reports for executive managers
  • Assist with internal sales trainings and meeting presentations



  • Minimum three to five years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field of study
  • Solid understanding of professional services marketing in a B2B arena
  • Previous exposure to a CRM / ERP / website transition a BIG PLUS


  • Experience creating and managing inbound marketing campaigns – HubSpot a PLUS
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and how to interpret results to make marketing improvements
  • Design skills using Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, basic HTML and SEO (WordPress a plus)
  • Experience manipulating data within a CRM platform (CRM administration experience a BIG plus)
