Blue Technologies pledges multi-function device quality and equipment reliability 7 years or up to 7 million prints/copies*. If your Blue Technologies-acquired multi-function device can’t be repaired at your location, we provide a loaner device of equal or greater capability at no charge until the off-site repairs are complete.

If your equipment can’t be made to perform like new, we will replace it for free with a new machine of equal or greater capability. At that time, Blue Technologies also will reaffirm its commitment to you by starting a new 7-year reliability pledge *.

The SERVICE Commitment

If your equipment ever needs service, Blue Technologies responds quickly and fixes it right the first time. We pledge to respond to emergency calls to our dedicated service line (216-271-5800) in less than five hours. If we don’t, you receive a 10% credit on your next Blue Technologies invoice.

The SUPPLY Commitment

To keep your equipment and company operating at its optimum performance, Blue Technologies promises to use only genuine manufacturers’ supplies at the competitive prices in the marketplace. As your authorized service vendor, we maintain all the supplies you need at our warehouses so they’re ready when you need them.

The ACQUISITION Commitment

Blue Technologies offers equipment upgrade programs without penalty to you. So when you need new equipment to meet the growing needs of your business, you work within the flexible parameters of our upgradable leasing programs.

Blue Technologies provides quick, expert assistance to answer your questions and work to resolve your concerns the first time you contact us. It’s a matter of one-on-one service – one call or electronic correspondence from you and one Blue Technologies team member dedicated to helping you.

*7-year Reliability Pledge ParametersCustomers must subscribe throughout the guaranteed life to Blue Technologies’ service and supply program to be eligible. The following breaks down MFP reliability coverage:

Less than 50 pages per minute: 7 years or 2 million copies (whichever comes first)
50-70 pages per minute: 7 years or 4 million copies (whichever comes first)
70-90 pages per minute: 7 years or 7 million copies (whichever comes first)

Production black & white equipment greater than 90 pages per minute or color equipment at 65 pages per minute or greater are guaranteed for lease term only.

Blue Technologies’ 5-point pledge is put into place to protect the customer after the acquisition is complete covering product performance, product service, supplies, easy acquisition and customer service.

Product Performance Commitment

The equipment performance you expect — guaranteed.

Every printer under MPS contract with Blue Technologies is backed by our Product Performance Commitment. We will monitor your printer information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our secure website.

All equipment purchased under contract with Blue Technologies is guaranteed* to run like new during the term of the contract. If it is down, we will repair it. If a repair is needed that can’t be done at your location, we will provide you with a loaner of equal or greater capabilities free of charge. If we cannot get your printer to perform like new, we will replace it with a brand new printer of equal or greater capabilities at no charge to you. If the printer was not purchased from Blue Technologies but is under the MPS contract, we will provide a loaner of equal or greater capabilities and will address it at the quarterly review.

Service Commitment

Fast repair service or credit on your next purchase—guaranteed.

Our Service Commitment is simple. If your equipment ever needs service, we respond quickly and fix it right the first time. We pledge a service response call within minutes of your request and guarantee an onsite response for emergency calls within six hours. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet this pledge, we’ll give you a 10% credit off that devices next invoice from Blue Technologies.

Our certified technicians use only industry recommended parts, technical upgrades and a customer-friendly dispatch system that results in maximum equipment uptime, more productivity and less aggravation.

Supply Commitment

Top quality, recommended authorized parts and supplies — guaranteed.

To keep your equipment and company operating at its optimum performance level, Blue Technologies guarantees to use only recommended, remanufactured and OEM supplies at the competitive prices in the marketplace.

As your authorized service vendor, Blue Technologies will provide all the supplies you need, when you need them! We maintain to direct ship supplies to you at no charge.

There are two main reasons why most companies choose to replace their equipment: changes in technology or changes in their business needs. Blue Technologies performs quarterly review programs that will help you access new equipment and meet the growing needs of your business. We offer our upgrade programs without penalty to you.

Every Managed Services implementation is monitored 24x7x365 using our secure and dedicated software for network and computer monitoring. With careful and deliberate technology deployment, we are always monitoring your environment… we often resolve issues before you know about them.
Our pledge is to do our due diligence to completely understand your business and business processes, as well as, your company initiatives. Out of that research and with the technical assistance of our back office support staff, we design a Scope of Work. Once both parties agree to the Scope of Work, Blue Technologies certifies that the IT Solution proposed will work and commit to installing and providing the required services for your organization. Your certified Scope of work will guarantee your IT support commitment from Blue Technologies which is why we stand behind every managed and customized solution we architect and sell, so your investment is protected.

Service Commitment

Our service commitment is simple. If your equipment ever needs service, we respond quickly and fix it right the first time. We pledge a service response call within 30 minutes of your request and guarantee an onsite response for emergency calls within six hours (during normal business hours). If we do not fulfill this commitment, you will receive a 10% credit on your next month’s Managed Services installment.

Our Service Commitment is simple. If your Blue Technologies provided Productivity Solution ever needs service, we will respond quickly and with the talent to do it right. Our Productivity Solutions Division is a BEST certified team and is committed to providing you excellence in all imaging services.
Every imaging service technician we employ is a manufacturer certified software engineer and solutions provider. So when you have a service emergency issue with your Blue Technologies solution you simply dial 216-883-7642 to notify us.
Blue Technologies commits, in writing, if we do not take your call live, we will call you back within minutes to diagnose your problem and implement a proactive solution.

Resolution Commitment

We can, and will, make it right – guaranteed.

Blue Technologies will resolve your imaging service needs within the same day (maximum of eight hours) for any issues that impede solution usage or data processing. In fact, if we do not meet the 8 hour resolution timeline, we will pay you a 5% credit on your next billable professional services invoice.**
Additionally, if issues arise that are software specific, we commit to involve the manufacturer with the same day escalation. Rest assured Blue Technologies is committed to “making it right” per the Scope of Work.
