Order Processor

As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for interacting with internal departments (Sales, Operations and Accounting) and be in contact with our customers regarding the order status. You are responsible for managing the entire order flow (including order-entry) by getting ship dates, lead times, and orders back to the Sales department and our customers in a timely manner.

A Typical Day in this Role Includes:

  • Processing orders according to assigned territories
  • Reviewing all orders for accuracy and thoroughness, and creating pack slips for warehouse to “pick” equipment
  • Ensuring that all items and terms of the teams’ orders are executed completely
  • Scheduling delivery dates
  • Communicating with sales teams and managers regarding the status of each order
  • Creating pack slips for back orders
  • Issuing authorization forms for the pick-up of replaced equipment
  • Executing the return of traded up machines in E-Automate
  • Fulfilling billing on orders
  • Communicating information to A/R for the accurate posting of deposits and checks relating to a new order
  • Updating the Order Status Report with all current order information
  • Updating the reports that inform the sales department of outstanding buyout quotes
  • Creating check requests for payoff of replaced equipment
  • Finding and coordinating out of state installations with other dealers
  • Calculating placement commission on all the teams’ sales orders and provide to payroll
  • Calculating lead fees for the teams’ orders and provide to Payroll
  • Timely filing of completed orders
  • Filling in as a backup to the OP and Leasing Manager in their absence


  • 2-3 Years of experience in order processing
  • Knowledge of ERP system, E-Automate preferred
  • Willingness to work on a team
  • Excellent organization and detail oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
