Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and top-performing Sales Manager to build, lead, and manage a successful sales team in our Akron/Canton office. You will contribute directly to your team’s success by communicating effectively and acting as a mentor to help foster their growth and development. You will be there to support your team to help develop their territories and close deals.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Coaching and developing new and existing talent to ensure your team’s success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Teaching and upholding Blue Technologies sales process each and every day
  • Communicating and monitoring required activities and objectives to hit sales goals
  • Developing relationships with current and future clients to foster continuous growth
  • Motivating and leading your team to encourage positive, go-getter attitudes
  • Interviewing and hiring

Some things we look for

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Three to five years of proven and successful sales management experience
  • Industry experience a BIG PLUS
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
