Sales Support Administrator

  • 5+ years supporting a sales team, sales mgr or sales professional
  • Excels at multi-tasking and organizing people, data and projects
  • Experience with bid and RFP processes in an effort to meet specs
  • Thrives at working as a member of a team but is able to lead the team when necessary
  • Skilled at motivating people to work together to solve problems and accomplish goals
  • High service standards: desire to meet and exceed colleagues/customers expectations
  • Time management and understanding the team’s prioritization are critical for this role

  • Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
