Territory Manager

Blue Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to share their talents and grow their skills as a member of our growing sales division. At Blue Technologies we embrace the approach of solution selling and offer great potential for personal and professional growth. This is a great opportunity for a professional with 1-2 years of sales experience or a recent graduate with exceptional relationship building abilities!

We provide an initial 100-day classroom and field training program, ongoing vendor and sales manager trainings, weekly sales education meetings and monthly sales recognition meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new business via telephone and in person at customer sites
  • Upgrading existing customers
  • Updating CRM system with all account information
  • Complete and total dedication to learning about the equipment, its operation, the industry, and the business in general and have a positive adherence to our sales process
  • Continue the education process by enrolling in all online classes available from all partners of Blue Technologies.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One to two years of sales experience but will accept eager recent college grad
  • High technical aptitude
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
