Blue Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to share their talents and grow their skills as a member of our growing sales division. This is a great opportunity for a professional with 1-2 years of sales experience or a recent graduate with exceptional relationship building abilities!
We provide an initial 100-day classroom and field training program, ongoing vendor and sales manager trainings, weekly sales education meetings and monthly sales recognition meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business via telephone and in person at customer sites
- Upgrading existing customers
- Updating CRM system with all account information
- Complete and total dedication to learning about the equipment, its operation, the industry, and the business in general and have a positive adherence to our sales process
- Continue the education process by enrolling in all online classes available from all partners of Blue Technologies.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- One to two years of sales experience but will accept eager recent college grad
- High technical aptitude
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
