Major Accounts Sales Executive
Blue Technologies, Inc. is seeking to add an experience business development professional to focus on named and major accounts. This individual will possess advanced prospecting and selling skills required to penetrate a protected list of accounts headquartered in our marketplace (i.e.: F500, hospitals, universities). We seek a career-oriented individual who has 5+ years of business development experience in strategic / solution-based business-to-business sales and the ability to work multiple channels within the account.
The ideal candidate is highly successful in their current sales role and at generating business with large accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business
- Ability to communicate complex products, develop and maintain senior-level relationships, and work across customer organizations and procurement processes to close deals
- Provide technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and/or product training to the client
- Focus on client satisfaction, understanding the their business and workflows, and developing relationships with key decision-makers
- Update and maintain Salesforce in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in prospecting and relationship building skills
- Previous experience writing and reading bid specs / creating proposals and contracts
- Excellent written / verbal communications
- Strong Understanding of a sales process and ability to manage a sales territory including prospecting, cold calling and managing current accounts.
- Ability to identify client needs, provide solutions and overcome objections.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to bounce back from rejection.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
